Most of us are aware of Levain lately due to its Macaroon. I am not sure about you but my facebook were full of Levain's Macaroon for the past months.
Levain is located in one of the quiet streets in Jalan Imbi with old bungalows. For those who have foursquare apps on your mobile, try to search for "Levain" and you will have 100+ tips there and recommending you what puffs and breads are nice.
You have to beware of it once you aware cause it will make bread lovers gone crazy!
I just finished my CIMA external exam on Thursday and we decided to have our lunch in here. I remembered one of the tips saying that there are plenty of parking lots and YES, they have! but, it's full and we've waited for almost 30mins for 1 parking slot.
I do not need any further elaboration of Levain as once you google "Levain", everything about it will appear in front of your screen. Just want to share some pictures out here.
Turkey Ham & Egg @ RM3.20 - As usual, the soft bread with Ham + Scrambled Egg with Cheese on top just taste great!
Mango Cheese Tart @ RM4.30 - A soft cheese tart with dried Mango inside. 1 of the best selling
Creamy Mushroom Chicken Soup @ 5.40 - It's really creamy when come to this creamy mushroom soup. Don't finish it alone or else you could not able to try others food =)
Chicken Pizza @ RM4.80 - A big big portion of pizza fresh from the oven and served it hot.
Chocolate Corone @ RM3.00 - Sweet rolled bread with Chocolate Cream filling
Caramel Nut Danish @ RM4.20 - Danish with assorted caramel nuts topping
Creamy Caramel Croissant @ RM3.80 - The top part was abit hard but inside the croissant is creamy. Best for caramel lovers.
Seafood Aglio Olio @ RM12.50 -
Chicken Lasagne @RM12
Iced Wild Berries @ RM7 - Staff's Recommended drinks
and the last, Levain's Macaroon @ RM3.90 Each. Some of these are too sweet for me, especially the blackcurrent.
There are 15 types of Macaroon available there including Hazelnut Praline, Triple Chocolate, Jasmine, Strawberry, Blackcurrant, Limone, Pistache, Coffee, Red Bean, Orange, Ghana Dark Chocolate, Green Tea, Raspberry, Mango. Cinnamon
Dont worry, there are plenty spaces on 1st floor too :D

Chinese Buffet @ Summer Palace, Marriott Putrajaya
Past few weeks, the week before Mother's Day in May, mum came over to this chinese buffet @ Summer Palace, in Marriott Putrajaya. She decided to give it a try and it's our pre mother's day celebration for this year.
Most of us are familiar with asian cuisine buffet, japanese buffet, and all types of buffet in those hotel, but, it is the first time i met Chinese style buffet. It is kinda special and new to us as the chef cook for us while we order from the menu. We were the only customers on that night or else we have to wait for the dishes to be cooked.
A menu consists of 60+ types of foods including appetizer, main dishes like beef, poultry, seafoods, soup, fried rice, fried mee, and of course, the desserts. It does not serve in big portion and presented on the huge "container" and you service yourself. All you need to do is just order, sit, wait, and eat, and pay =)
Picca time :-D
lets kick-off with the appetizer
脆鱼芒果沙律 Mango Salad with Crispy Fish
酸辣海蜇鲍鱼螺 Spicy Jelly Fish with Top Shell Meat
红烧蟹肉鱼翅 Braised Shark's Fin Soup with Crabmeat

Overall comment for the foods are acceptable except for those deep fried were too oily. For the Price they charge RM68++, it might be expensive for some people at first thought and they don't provide any expensive stuff but see how many types of foods you can try with the RM68???
Beyond this, the environment is really good as I mentioned earlier, we were the only table dining that night. You will be treated as super VVIP as few waitress serving you alone :-D
