Ah Weng Koh Hainan Tea (海南茶) @ Jalan Imbi, KL

Photobucket
Pasar (market) is a place where all the nice foods gather. I mean big market. Don't you agree? this has been proven. In Jalan Imbi market, there is a Hainan Tea, called Ah Weng Koh Hainan Tea that serves you the best toast in KL, perhaps Malaysia.

Youngsters like me do not do marketing.
Youngsters like me do not visit market frequently
Youngsters like me do not wake up early in the morning for breakfast.
Youngsters like me do not eat breakfast everyday (sometimes when we wake up, is already lunch time).
Youngsters like me do not know how important breakfast is.

But, after visiting Ah Weng Koh, youngster like me do NOT visit market frequently. This is true. This applies to my friends.

Besides Hainan Tea, the popiah there is simply the best too and it finish at 10am >.< Today we reached at 10.15 and the stall was closed. So, no pictures for the popiah.

Toasted Polo Bun (太空包) - A toast with a big slice of butter and wide spread of kaya. Outer layer of this bun was cruncy but inside was just soft. We taught not to judge people by their appearance. Same goes to food. The presentation of the bun may not interesting but the taste do.

See the slice of butter and its thickness..it's fattening but WHO CARES?? and for your information, the butter they use is SCS butter. What is SCS butter? you tried Oldtown Toast before? they use SCS butter too!

Half Boiled Eggs- it comes in a mug and the uncle/auntie works there will inform you how long it takes to take out from the mug. For those who wants the eggs to be boiled MORE, you can put it in the mug longer before you crack it. Common sense >.<

Try to dip the polo bun to your half boiled egg. IT IS NICE!!!!!

and of course, side order or ala carte or order separately is available too.

2 Half Boiled Eggs RM1.60
2 slices of Toasted Polo Bun RM1.40
